We are now looking for someone who wants to start with us in the spring as a Consultant Manager Assistant for 8 hours/week, with on-call duties evenings and weekends, and who will transition to Consultant Manager on a temporary basis for about 1 year starting this summer.
About the Setup
🌱 Spring – Consultant Manager Assistant (8 hours/week + on-call)During the spring, you will work approximately 8 hours per week in a supportive role to our consultant managers. The role includes on-call duties evenings and weekends according to a schedule, where you will handle urgent staffing issues and ensure that operations run smoothly at the client’s site.
You will receive an introduction to the entire staffing process and become an important part of the operational management.
Responsibilities:
Support in daily staffing and planning
Handling urgent matters during on-call
Writing job ads and selection
Phone interviews and candidate contact
Administration related to employment
In conjunction with the summer, the position will transition to a temporary position as Consultant Manager for about 1 year. Here, you will have full responsibility for your own clients and consultants.
As a Consultant Manager, you will be responsible for:
Daily staffing and operations at the client’s site
Recruitment of collective personnel
Client responsibility and proactive client development
Consultant responsibility (follow-up, labor law, performance, and well-being)
Business development and result responsibility
This is a broad role with a fast pace, significant personal responsibility, and varied workdays – where you will always have the support of an engaged team with a strong team spirit.
Your ProfileWe are looking for someone who:
Has experience in recruitment, staffing, or client contact
Has post-secondary education in HR/Personnel – or equivalent work experience
Is structured, proactive, and confident in decision-making
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize effectively
Is flexible and available for on-call duties evenings and weekends
Has a valid driver’s license (requirement)
It is an advantage if you:
Have worked with collective staffing
Have experience with the business system Intelliplan
